By using our website, downloading our App, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services
- Kwik Cabs provides eco-friendly electric cab transportation services bookable via our mobile app and website.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to create an account and use our Services.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide during sign-up or booking are accurate and up to date.

2. Mobile App Usage

• By downloading and using the Kwik Cabs app, you grant us permission to access necessary features (e.g., location, notifications, camera for QR codes, etc.) to provide the full functionality of our services.

• You must not misuse the app by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or copying/modifying its code.

• Kwik Cabs reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
   

3. Account Registration

• You are required to register using a valid phone number or email to book rides.

• Keep your login credentials confidential. Any activity on your account is deemed your responsibility.

• Kwik Cabs may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violation of these Terms.
   

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Rides can be booked on demand or scheduled in advance via the app or website.

• Cancellation fees may apply if a ride is canceled beyond the allowed time frame (clearly shown at the time of booking).

• Kwik Cabs reserves the right to cancel rides for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
   

5. Payments

• Ride fares are calculated based on distance, time, location, and applicable surcharges (e.g., tolls, taxes, convenience fees).

• Payments can be made securely through the app using UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking.

• Kwik Cabs partners with trusted third-party payment gateways and is not responsible for any errors or unauthorized transactions on their platforms.
   

6. User Conduct and Safety

• Passengers must wear seatbelts and comply with safety guidelines provided by the driver.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activity in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

• Harassment or misconduct toward drivers or other passengers will result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.
   

7. Driver and Vehicle Responsibility

• All Kwik Cabs drivers undergo background verification and training.

• Vehicles are regularly serviced and inspected for safety, but Kwik Cabs a unit of Jayaraj Trucks and Buses Private Limited is not liable for unexpected mechanical issues or delays caused by traffic or external conditions.
   

8. Liability Disclaimer
Kwik Cabs will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Delays or failure in ride availability

• Accidents or third-party actions

• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
   

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, trademarks, and content on our website and app are owned by Kwik Cabs a unit of Jayaraj Trucks and Buses Private Limited or licensed for use.

• You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written consent from Kwik Cabs.
   

10. Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the use of your data as described.

11. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and app.

• Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
